30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unworn.
- In the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
- Intimate or sanitary goods.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
- Digital products.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable".

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send back your item(s). Please do not send your item back without first obtaining an RMA number.
- Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our support team.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if we provide a return label.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please remember that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and follow the return initiation process.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In such cases, Scutanova will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
